The Arts Center at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting the Third International Summer Arts Festival, a program of musical concerts, theater plays and cultural activities from around the world, throughout the summer.
Presenting Iraqi oud player Nosseir Shamma and El-Oyoon Arabic Chamber Orchestra, on the Open-air theater in the Library's Plaza. The concert will start at 10:00pm. Tickets: EGP5.
