The Arab Reform Forum at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is organizing a seminar where Dr. Mohamed Nour Farahat, Professor of Law, will shed light on the enhancement of freedom in the Arab countries and how their intellectuals look forward to further creative and intellectual freedom within an atmosphere of democracy and political dialogue. The seminar is chaired by Dr. Salah Fadl.
