The Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA), in cooperation with Senghor University in Alexandria is organizing The Third International Colloquium of CIDEF (Centre international de documentation et d’échanges de la francophonie - Québec) and AFI (Agora francophone internationale - Paris), at the BA under the theme of  Transmission of  learning, Knowledge and Culture. – Alexandria, the Metaphor of Francophone.
