The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting the prize ceremony of El Shona International Biennale for Children’s Art. It will be attended by ambassadors of participating countries, artists and plastic arts' critics and child psychology experts. The ceremony will be followed by an international seminar, moderated by Dr. Isaac Azmi, Director of the Biennale.
