The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting the First General Assembly meeting for the "The Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean" BJCEM Biennale 2007 taking place on 24-25 March 2006. Members of the BJCEM Executive Committee will also attend.
