As a part of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina’s effort to raise the environmental awareness of university students, the BA is organizing a scientific seminar for university students chaired by Dr. Salah Soliman, BA Advisor and Chemistry professor, Alexandria University. The seminar will discuss the Global Program of Action (GPA) for the Protection of the Marine Environment from Land Based Activities. GPA aims to prevent the degradation of productivity and biodiversity of the marine environment resulting from human activities on land in coastal area.
