The session aims to highlight the legal education development process to achieve the rule of law and protect human rights which in turn would accomplish stability and sustainable development. The technological development, information revolution, and employment market requirements are all challenges for the academic institutions concerned with legal studies. These challenges can be overcome through implementing changes in the methods of scientific research in the legal field; developing university education on the basis of flexibility, excellence, and quality; and cooperation between universities, the private sector, and the civil society.
