The Bibliotheca Alexandrina and Global Environmental Facilities Evaluation Office (GEF EO), will co-organize the international conference entitled "The International Conference on Evaluating Climate Change and Development".
The conference will introduce sound practices for evaluating climate change and its impact on developmental projects and programs and means to reduce climate changes.
The main themes are:
• Climate change mitigation (including policy and market interventions in sectors such as energy and transportation)
• Adaption to climate change (including land degradation, agricultural development, water management, preparedness for natural disasters, displacement and climate resilience).
