This three-day course is part of the European Commission sponsored project, promotion of international Commercial Arbitration and other Alternative Dispute Resolution Techniques in MEDA Countries. The course will teach mediation and arbitration skills and techniques to experienced Egyptian business lawyers, with the goal of training a cadre of professionals able to facilitate the amicable resolution of disputes between EU and MEDA parties.
