The BA Library Sector is holding a seminar entitled “Registered Letters” by a group of dedicated young people. “Registered Letters” is an initiative taken by creative young artists, authors and poets (mostly fresh graduates), with the support of the Ministry of Culture, to publish and distribute youth artistic and literary work; including short stories, poetry, plays, photography, graphic designs and all artistic genres which can be presented in the form of the book.
