The Conference assembles scientists interested in Neuroscience in a crossroad where they can exchange experience, information, and ideas in the fields of basic, clinical and applied Neuroscience. This Conference will also allow the diffusion of updated advances in these fields through communication between experienced scientists and young researchers. Another important aspect of this colloquium will be to follow up on the numerous partnerships born in the first two meetings and allow the creation of new ones between neuroscientists from south and north shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
