The BA Sinnari House is organizing a celebration in honor of the great Arab intellectual Abd al-Rahman al-Kawakibi. The celebration will be inaugurated by Dr. Mostafa el Feki, Director of the BA, in the attendance of the late intellectual’s family.
The event will include an exhibition showcasing Al-Kawakibi’s photos, documents, and writings, in addition to a seminar by Lebanese author Jean Dayeh on Al-Kawakibi’s works and contributions, since he is considered to be one of the pioneers of Arab renaissance in the 19th century and one of the founders of national Arab thought.
