A lecture by Professor Maarten Boasson, in which he will tackle the current deteriorated situation of software development, highlighting the reasons of the failure to achieve the goals of the two NATO workshops in 1968, that were set to solve the software crisis back then. He will also cast some light on the possible approaches to get back on track to reliable software development.
