The Conference entitled “Exchange Inspires Change: Knowledge Acquisition and Information Restructuring” will address the challenges that face Egypt’s academic community. Lack of communication among academic, cultural, or technical bubbles creates dysfunction and hinders the effort to improve Egypt’s scholarly environment. On the occasion of the sixtieth anniversary of the Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt, Fulbrighters will initiate a new discourse and a “Network of Networks” to become partners in the process of information restructuring and innovation.
