“The Legacy of Volta: From the Battery to Photovoltaic Electricity” gives an idea of the electrical seeds laid down by Alessandro Volta and of the way they produced fruit in subsequent science. Some of this original instruments, together with other nineteenth-century originals, will be the first actors in the historical picture proposed to the visitor.
