This Conference aims to confer Biodiversity issues in the Arab Region, introduce the Arabic Encyclopedia of life (AEOL) project and establish an Arab Biodiversity Committee (ABC) for the purpose of organizing the Pan-Arab efforts in this area. It discusses several themes including Arab Biodiversity Heritage: Identification and Documentation; Problems and Obstacles facing Arab Biodiversity Conservation; and Future Prospective for Biodiversity in the Arab World.
