“Blogging Against Climate Change” Workshop

The BA, in cooperation with the Regional Office of Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Liberty (FNF), holds a workshop entitled "Blogging Against Climate Change" from 2 to 4 November 2010.
The workshop aims to increase public awareness on the negative consequences of climate change on the environment, and empower environmental activists and members of NGOs by giving them citizen journalism tools and information to deliver their messages.
Participants will learn about the ecological consequences of climate change in Egypt and how to avoid them. They will also receive hands-on training on how to create a blog and use it efficiently and creatively to raise awareness on the dangers of climate change.
The BA and the FNF plan to co-organize series of workshops, both in Cairo and Alexandria, on social media.

The workshop is held in Arabic.
