On ne Badine pas avec l’Amour in a Play Reading

The Reference Services Unit is holding its monthly play reading in French on Wednesday, 5 January 2011. Participants will read On ne Badine pas avec l’Amour (No Trifling with Love) by Alfred de Musset.
The Baron wants his son Perdican to marry his cousin Camille. Because of her lack of trust of men, she reserves her feelings and wants to go back to the abbey where she spent most of her life. Perdican gets angry and decides to seduce Rosette the young peasant to arouse Camille’s jealousy. Will Camille change her mind?
The session starts at 16:00 hrs. at the BA Arts and Multimedia Library. Participants should register their names at the General Information Desk at the Library entrance.
