“Nobel Laureates” in a Lecture at the BA

The BA Center for Special Studies and Programs (CSSP) is organizing a lecture entitled “Nobel Laureates’, on Sunday, 8 September 2024, at 12:00 pm, in the BACC Lecture Hall.

The lecture will be presented by Prof. Sherif Kandil, Professor Emeritus at the Department of Materials Sciences, Institute of Graduate Studies and Research, Alexandria University, and moderated by Prof. Yousry El-Gamal, former Minister of Education.

The lecture will discuss Prof. Kandil’s book and will shed light on the inspiring personal, professional, and human dimensions that many may not know about a number of Nobel Prize-winning scientists, as well as the reasons for the author's selection of these figures.

In this context, the lecture will address the author's analysis of the commonalities between these characters, as well as his analysis of the incentives that provided them with a motive for creativity, giving, and excellence.
