Agreement between the Dar Al-Kutub and the BA

Alexandria, 26 September 2005—The Bibliotheca Alexandrina has recently signed an agreement with the National Library and Archives of Egypt with the aim of preserving Arab heritage and facilitating its access by researchers and specialists worldwide.
The agreement states that publications, manuscripts and expertise be exchanged between both parties, as well as cooperation via training sessions, seminars and exhibitions.
