"The Management of Trauma among Children, Adolescents and the Community" Conference

The Institute for Peace Studies in collaboration with The Preventive Child Mental Health Association in Egypt and the World Health Organization are co-organizing a conference on “The Management of Trauma among Children, Adolescents and the Community” during the period from 12-17 May at the BA.
Ambassador Ali Maher, Director of the Institute for Peace Studies, stated that the conference discusses traumas as a result of natural disasters, wars, conflicts, abuse and domestic violence. The conference introduces the necessity of learning how to protect ourselves, and future generations, by developing an infrastructure with qualified personnel capable of managing and overcoming trauma among children, adolescents and the community.
