Photos From the Library of King Farouk at the BA

The Ministry of Tourism donated 61 photo albums from King Farouk’s Library to the BA to be used in documenting the history of modern Egypt, as part of the cooperation between the two parties.
Dr. Khaled Azab, Director of BA Media Department, stated that the albums include photos of King Farouk and Queen Farida’s wedding ceremony, the crowning of King Farouk King of Egypt and Sudan, and photos of King Farouk during the inauguration of some projects as Assiut project, in addition to photos dating back to the rule of Khedive Abbas Helmi II.
