The Sudanese Vice President Visits the BA

The BA receives Ali Osman Taha, the Sudanese Vice President, on Thursday 31 July 2008 accompanied by a high level delegation. The President and his companions will visit the Library in appreciation of its value as a place of enlightenment and culture, not only in Egypt and the region but in the world as a whole.
Dr. Ismail Serageldin, the BA Director, Ambassador Hagar Islambouly, Head of the BA External Relations Sector, and Dr. Sherif Riad, Head of the Public Relations Department will accompany the guests on a tour to present the services offered to the BA members and visitors as well as the most important facilities, such as: the Manuscript Museum, the Antiquities Museum, the Digital Laboratory, the Vista, the Planetarium Science Center, The Alexploratorium, the Culturama, and the ‘Impressions of Alexandria’ Exhibition.
