Official visit of the Under-Secretary of Higher Education of Uzbekistan to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina

The First Under-Secretary of Higher Education in Uzbekistan, Professor Roustom Kassoumov, visited the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, accompanied by the Head of the Tashkent Governmental University for Oriental Studies and Head of the Egyptian Uzbekistani Organization Professor Nematallah Ibrahimov, and the Ambassador of Uzbekistan in Cairo. The delegation was received by Ambassador Taher Khalifa, Head of the External Relations Sector and Dr. Youssef Ziedan, Director of the Manuscripts and Donations Administrations at the Library, who escorted them on a tour of the Manuscript and Rare Books Museum at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina
