The BA to Launch a Database for Islamist Political Movements

As part of the BA endeavor to disseminate knowledge and enrich cultural heritage, the BA Futuristic Studies Unit is to launch a database for Islamist movements and political parties throughout the world.
The database will include all Islamist political movements, parties and groups, and will document all possible related information such as the origin of the movements, its founders, history, leaders, doctrines, different stages, legal status, and influence on the political life.
The basis of this project was laid by late Hossam Tammam, Eminent Researcher in the field of Islamist political movements and Head of the BA Futuristic Studies Unit who passed away last October at 40 years old.
The Futuristic Studies Unit welcomes contributions to the Project form scholars, researchers and academia from all over the world.
