Costa’s Salafis in a Seminar at the BA

The BA Unit of Futuristic Studies hosts members of Costa’s Salafis in a seminar entitled “Sand Palaces”, on Saturday, 8 September 2012.
Speakers include Mr. Bassem Victor, who will introduce his experience with the Salafis over one year and a half, Mr. Mohamed Tolba, and Director and Scriptwriter Ezzat Amin, Founders of the Group.
The seminar discusses how can Egypt get rid of the prevalent negative discourse, and move form fear and concern to friendship and cooperation between all segments of society.
Costa’s Salafis group was launched in April 2011 by several salafis and developed to include members from various backgrounds and ideologies.
The Seminar is held at 6:00 pm at the BACC Multipurpose Hall, and is open for public.
