Liver diseases in Egypt

Alexandria, 17 February 2005—The Dialogue Forum at Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) is organizing a seminar on liver diseases in Egypt, on 19 February 2005, featuring Dr. Waheed Dos, Professor of Liver and Digestive System Endoscopy, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University and Dr. Faisal Younis, Head of the Clinical Psychology Department, Faculty of Literature, Cairo University.
Dr. Dos will speak of the liver diseases in Egypt, their mode of transmission as well as liver surgical operations, while Dr. Younis will talk about his experience in liver transplantation. Dr. Gaber Asfour, Secretary General, Egyptian Supreme Council of Culture, will chair the seminar.
The seminar will be held at the West Hall, BA Conference Center, at 7:00 pm.
