Music festival calling for Peace

Alexandria, 28 September 2005—A non-profit one-day music festival will be held at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) on 30 September, entitled "Sama Hoss Eskandarani".
The event is organized by a group of individuals in Egypt, volunteers with no particular political or religious affiliation, in response to the recent terrorist incidents in Egypt and elsewhere around the world. It calls for an end to violence and terrorism which has led to countless tragic innocent deaths.
The organizers are of different professions, working at different institutions and companies, but they share a strong desire to speak against terror.
Held at the BA Plaza, the concerts will begin at 5 pm. Performing bands include: Basheer, Consperience, Daad Aleha Shadda, Nagham Masry, Nomaira, Rahala (Hossam Shaker) and Ressala.
