The Egyptian Ministry of Culture’s Donation to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA)

Alexandria, 5 January 2006—The BA received a valuable donation from the Egyptian Ministry of Culture including various books issued by the Ministry on the occasion of the Cairo International Experimental Theatre Festival in 2005. The collection comprises translated books by distinguished authors, including, Thomas Irmer, Alfonso Vallejo, and Daniel Meyer-Dinkgrafe.
The Foreign and Culture Relations Sector, Ministry of Culture also donated a collection of books on Islamic architecture in Egypt to the BA.
