The Lecture hosts Dr. Mahmoud Abu-Zeid, President of the Arab Water Council and Former Egyptian Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation. It aims at discussing the relations between Egypt and the Nile Basin countries and the signed conventions and initiatives.
