International Museum Day: Museums for a Sustainable Society

The BA Manuscripts Museum, in cooperation with the Children’s Library and the Planetarium Science Center (PSC), is organizing a celebration for International Museum Day. The celebration is sponsored by ICOM under the theme “Museums for a Sustainable Society” . It aims to highlight the importance of museums and their educational and cultural roles as well as their positive effect on society.
The celebration includes guided tours, lectures, and workshops for children and youth aged 8–16 to educate them on the importance of visiting museums.
