The International Year of Light Celebrations

The Planetarium Science Center (PSC) is organizing the International Year Of Light 2015 (IYL) celebrations which will focus on El Hassan Ibn el-Haytham and his invention, and will explain how light travels in straight lines, and that we see things when light reflects off an object and enters the eye. In addition, the public will witness how light plays a vital role in our daily lives in different fields, such as agriculture, health, and art.
