The BA Sinnari House (Cairo), in collaboration with the Renewable Energy and Water Forum, is organizing this seminar to discuss the Al Nahda Dam through several points, including water resources in Egypt, the Nile River water balance, the most significant water challenges in the Nile River source regions, the Ethiopian projects built on the Nile River tributaries, the technical elements of the Ethipian Al Nahda Dam, its effect on Egypt and Sudan, how far has the dam been built, the Nahda Dam negotiations, and the different scenarios of resolving the issue of the Nahda Dam).

The seminar will be led by Dr. Abbas Sheraki, Head of the Natural Resources Department at the Institute of African Research and Studies, Cairo University.
