The BA Sennari House (Cairo) is organizing a patchwork workshop. Patchwork is the traditional Egyptian art of adding pieces of colored fabric to another layer of thick fabric to create a certain design. These designs can be Pharaonic, Islamic, folkloric, or personal.
The workshop will be given by Khaled Abdel Maguid, a visual artist and patchwork expert.
