This lecture will be presented by Dr. Mokhtar El-Kasbani, Professor of Islamic and Coptic Antiquities, Faculty of Archeology, Cairo University.
The Lecture will deal with the origin of Coptic language, St. Mark's evangelization, the Coptic martyrs, the Egyptian Church during persecution, the Egyptian emblem in the Coptic art, and the architecture of the Coptic Church.
