Charge d’ Affaires of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany Visits the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA)

Alexandria — the BA received Mr. Schanze, Charge d’ Affaire of Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany, Cairo and Mrs. Heuselmeier, Cultural Attache at the German Embassy, Cairo on Sunday, 16 July 2006.
Ambassador Taher Khalifa, Head of the BA External Relations Sector, accompanied the delegation in a tour of the Library, its affiliated exhibitions and museums, and different services offered by the BA to members and visitors. The tour included the Manuscripts Museum, the Digital Lab, the Internet Archive, VISTA, the Planetarium Science Center, and the Alexploratorium.
