The two authors have some obvious differences and similarities.
As for the first, Eduardo is an elder male Argentinian, born in Spanish
speaking Buenos Aires; while Ięda is a younger Brazilian female, born in
Portuguese speaking Rio de Janeiro. Probably due to these obvious differences
they both are married for over 20 years now.
As for the second, both of them are physicians, specialized in medical
genetics, working for the ECLAMC, Spanish acronym for Latin-American
Collaborative Study of Congenital Malformations, a WHO Collaborating
Center for the Prevention of Birth Defects. However, we do this from
different institutions.
