The task is to allow women to develop to their potential, to enable their role in child bearing and child rearing to be protected; but not by excluding them and their skills and ideas from the world of work and of ideas.

Women have a huge contribution to make for the welfare and wellbeing of the world. They constitute 50% of the human race. We cannot afford to ignore their contribution.

Women are particularly gifted in the arts of peace, in the pragmatism born of love for their children and managing families. They make for creative and imaginative leaders.
