It is easy to
guess that proper education is needed. It will not be easy, but certainly
worth trying.
There are some international donors and organisations working in this field in FSU, like USAID or UK Department for International Development, but in general the progress is not as fast as the health professionals here would like it to be. The clip art is by Maka Jalagonia.
