Data and
activities will be entered into the computers and analyzed as the project
progresses. Every 3 months a coordination meeting will be held with all FBOs,
CBOs and NGOs in the study area. Resolutions will be formulated to solve
problems identified. Every 3 months, monitoring meetings will be held with supervisors, promoters, animators, FBO elders, village chiefs, chiefs of health centers, quarter heads and all partners involved to inform them of progress made so far. An external evaluator will evaluate the work every 6 months to ensure that the stated objectives are made. |
