Imagine we would like to meet with many
people with a common interest -for example- to discuss diverse aspects of
Pediatric Intensive Care Medicine.
Any planned meeting must have somebody who takes in charge of administrative tasks: maintain the house opened, appliances in good status, etc.; so we say that person is an ADMINISTRATOR. Any planned meeting must have someone who (if necessary) maintains an order, so we say this person is a MODERATOR. Of course, any meeting on a particular theme must have members who subscribe an interest to meet with each other around a common interest. These are the MEMBERS or SUBSCRIBERS for the formed discussion group… |
