The impact of Informatics on management processes is my favorite field of study. I worked as International Consultant for PHO. I have been working as an expert and professor in Mexico, Nicaragua, Chile and Venezuela as well as in my own country, on subjects related to Informatics, Management, Quality Improvement, Control Systems and Information Systems concerning health services.
