PowerPoint has caused a revolution of teaching and
presenting.
It is much prettier, and livelier than the traditional
chalkboard. The
major power of PowerPoint is just being found. When we
taught with a chalk board at the end of the lecture we would
erase the board with our lectures falling to the fall.
PowerPoint on the web
allows us to re-use our lectures. In fact it allows anyone
to reuse our lectures.
