The real problem
in digital divide is that the digital gap is getting bigger and bigger: Source –
Burstin, Health Affairs, 2000 This data shows that the difference of internet access among the US white and black in 1994 was only 17% difference. But in 1997 it’s 22% difference. Digital divide is more widening even in the world largest Internet user country.
