Incidence= number of new cases of a disease occurring in a specific time period divided by the number of people at risk of disease
Prevalence = number of existing cases of a disease at a specified time divided by the number of people in the population
Mortality = Number of people dying of a disease in a specified time period divided by average number of people alive during that time period
Case Fatality = number of people who die of a disease divided by total number who get the disease
Proportional Mortality = Number of deaths caused by a disease in a specified time period divided by the total number of deaths during that time period
