plotted as shown. In this protocol, the same level of effect must be achieved, i.e. 50% lethality (LC50) and we ask what will be the concentration to kill 50% (LC50) and the time to do this (LT50). Once the results are obtained a variety of comparisons can be made from the plotted data as shown on the next page. |
