fall below 2.5 g/dL before clinically apparent Edema can develop. Since Malnourished children have impaired immunity, the response to ordinary Mantoux Test may not be positive even in presence of clinically active TB, therefore stronger antigenic challenge must be given in form of Diagnostic BCG to all children without a BCG Scar. |
