In multiple step sampling, we first sample big units (i.e.
cities, schools), second within each one we sample medium size units (ie streets, classes)
and third within each of these we sample the units (households, subjects). As in the stratified case, care should be taken to compute the corresponding weights to represent the different probabilities of inclusion in the sample. |
