Though, on the whole, the reliability and validity of the WHOQOL-100 scale in different criteria has been confirmed by numerous investigations in different countries, including Russia, such confirmation can never be complete, and its positive, on the whole, outcomes reveal serious problems which are the subject of consideration of this paper.
