We categorized the CT findings as Normal or Negative and Abnormal o Positive, where “normal” scan is one that shows any acute pathological state or abnormality (extracranial soft-tissue swelling, a facial fracture, etc) and a “Abnormal” scan focused only on acute changes to the contents of the cranial vault including patients with Linear or Basilar Fractures, Contusion, Subaracnoid Haemorrhage, Intraparenchymatous Haemorrhage, Subdural Haematoma, Epidural Haematoma, Swelling/Edema, Pneumocephalus.
